Strolling Magic

Strolling magic, also considered as “close-up” or “sleight of hand” magic, is a highly interactive performance style that will generate huge reactions from your guests! This type of performance has become extremely popular with the long list of recent television specials. And if you’ve never seen Magician Michael Boone work a room before, you’re in for a real treat.

While strolling or mingling throughout an event, Michael entertains small groups of guests with 5 to 10 minute sets of close-up sleight of hand magic. No strings, no smoke and mirrors. This is the mind boggling magic that happens right in front of your eyes and even, right in the hands of your guests! It’s one thing to see magic performed on a platform or stage, but there’s simply no match for witnessing these mini illusions take place from mere inches away. With strolling, your guests get to participate in the magic at their very own fingertips. Strolling magic also acts as a great icebreaker, softening those sometimes-awkward boundaries for those who are meeting for the first time and leaving them with something to talk about once the performance is finished.

Strolling magic is recommended for any type of event with 50 or more guests. If there are tables present at an event, Michael can give each table of guests their own private close-up magic performance. For larger groups, additional “strolling entertainers” can be provided at the same rate. So, knowing the number of tables, guests and time period will help decide how many performers are needed. Strolling Magic is a truly unique performance style that makes for a great “Welcome” at the beginning of any event.

Strolling Magic also works really well combined with any type of Stand-Up or Illusion Show performance.
